昨晚聽到了Duke Special的這首歌

我想起靈魂的重量那部片講的

它說ㄧ個人在ㄧ生中其實死過很多次

當你發現你喪失了自己存在的意義

當你活得像攤不是自己的爛泥

那你就是死去了。


其實

我們的生命不就是這樣

不斷的在誨暗的夜晚中接近死亡

我們會沮喪、難過、也會受傷

會質疑自己是否值得愛或被愛

或者是否值得活在世上。



幸運的是，

繼續的活下去吧，

生命中出現的種種片段

自然會幫你重拾自我

只要我們留心然後也這樣相信


我們會不斷及時的醒過來

此時我們便重新活了過來

而過去那個死去的自我

也不過就是已逝的昨夜



用成語來說的話

正好比所謂的不鳴則已，一鳴驚人

好像對又有點不太對......

算了不管，總之就是這樣

然後我們懂得ㄧ些事情

然後我們活得又更堅定了點。
